   I had a very disappointing experience at this shop. The cashier’s behaviour was extremely rude and unprofessional, which made me feel quite uncomfortable. Overall, the service and atmosphere were not up to standard, and it's not a place I would choose to shop at again.

   Attitude of the cashier is terrible. You would expect basic courtesy, but I was left waiting for several minutes while he was having a laid back conversation with another customer, taking all the time in the world, and not even so much as to acknowledge my presence.    Great grocery shop, the staff is very polite and welcoming and the shop itself is very clean and smells great. The meat is fresh and very clean compared to other places I’ve bought from which you can see in the pictures below. All of the meat is wrapped in cling film and isn’t left out in the open which I was very happy and excited to see. They also have a service where they will deliver to you for free if you pay over £50! You cannot get this type of service anywhere in Manchester at any halal shop I can guarantee that. Will be recommending to all of my in laws and friends, thank you!

   If there's a scale of the worst customer service in Manchester, this shop would win 1st prize. They are clueless how to deal properly with customers, especially that foul-mouthed woman who sits at the cashier register. Hopeless, and never again.

   Repulsive manners. Went in to grab a fresh nan and the cashier was rotten as h*ll just because I wanted to pay by card. When I asked why all h*ll was let loose. No point running a shop if your manners are ugli*r than your face.
