   Bought chicken two times from this store its smell like rotten flesh they kept the chicken many days in their freezer and everything is expensive and worse quality avoid this store. We waisted our whole chicken karahi because of them.

   Abysmal service 4/5 times. The meat smelled rancid in there today and it's not the first time. Ignored at the counter twice before a customer prompted the staff member to serve me first. He proceeded to walk off, and I had to shout "can someone serve me today" another man then took my very basic order, said OK, and asked me to move down... not sure why. He then served the lady after me. Then another member of staff asked for my order. At this point I walked out. Kashco is much better and that's where I'll be heading from now on

   Dear Team, I have been a loyal customer of Worldwide for nearly four years. Today, I visited your Longsight branch and placed an order for 2 baby chickens and 1 kg of mince. However, I was given 3 baby chickens instead. I paid and returned home, only to realize the order was incorrect. I went back to the counter and informed the lady there. She asked me to collect the mince from the butcher (Fiaz), who was present at the time. Unfortunately, he began shouting at me in front of other staff members and insulted me. He rudely said, “If you want it, take it and go away.” I was extremely disappointed by his behavior and reported the issue to the counter staff. I would kindly request that management provide ethical and customer service training to this staff member. I have witnessed him treating other customers poorly on several occasions as well. Due to this experience, I am now reconsidering shopping at Worldwide again. I hope you will take appropriate action regarding this complaint. Thank you for your attention. Kind regards,

   Many Asian items available with high prices. Staff didn't greet never, no face smile always looks tired. Same happened today i.e. 07th August 2024 Prices are high as economy is collapsing.

   Nice place for Indian or Asian groceries. Every sunday morning here you will get a lot of variety of asian frozen fish in an very affordable price. Only problem I find here is that they don't put a clear price tag against each product or shelves which makes it very diffcult for anyone to know the correct price of any product.

   I visited this store for the first time recently to stock up on spices, and I will definitely be visiting again. I've recommended the shop to friends, who were surprised that I got everything i went for (and more).The shop had everything I needed, and the staff very helpful in advising where I could find items. The shop was very clean and bright. They had a brilliant range of sauces and spices at excellent prices. It's so much cheaper to buy spices here - the quantity you get in a pack is way more cost effective than buying the small jars from Sainsburys and Morrisons. When I got to the checkout, from the look on my husbands face I thought eeekkk this lot will cost £60+ - no it was around £40 !!. I discovered a bottle of Vatika argan oil which is 4 or 5 times the volume I usually buy and for more than half the price - and it works better!. On my next visit I'm going to see what other treasures I can find.
