   Stop letting idiots in your store with stupid escooters please! Just nearly tripped over one at the self checkout because some woman decided to park it there and verbally abused me when I knocked it. Security need to do there job properly. Surely your store isn't insured for these battery fire hazards to be inside the store. Thank you.

   Staff absolutely disgraceful. I asked an assistant for help looking for a trench coat. She checked and said yes we have one in store but you need to search through all the sale stock to find it. After 10mins of looking I came round the corner to ask if she also had seen it. To be advised I’ve not looked as I am doing my job and putting clothes back. I asked another assistance who I think was Spanish and she was so helpful. She took her scanner and checked around the rails. As she was doing this the other rude assistant was trying to get her attention by speaking to her about her break. Wow you really do need to train some of your assistants. I work in sales and would never speak to a customer in the manner I was spoken to this evening.

   I went to the customer service desk on 22nd October at approximately 08.10. The woman who 'served' me was incredibly rude - in fact rude might be the wrong word - ignorant might be more appropriate. When she finished what she was doing she stood there and made no attempt to serve me, it was me who said 'can I get these please'. She took my cards off me, never spoke at all. She did what she had to do, then when she gave me my money she still never said a single word, and didn't have the courtesy to hand me my money, just put it down on the counter. I was so angry about her ignorance I just grabbed my money off the counter and walked out - if she can't be bothered to have any manners then why should I. I cannot abide ignorant people.

   Friendly staff and lots of variety on the shelves. But I pray, in the name of Jesus, that this Tesco will one day be replaced by Aldi — because most of the items here are overpriced. Even though some products say “Aldi Price Match” and offer discounts with a Clubcard, they still can’t compare to Aldi’s amazing prices and quality, especially with their “Specially Selected” range. I’ve lived in Middleton for the past two years and have seen Tesco overcharge many people. I’ve since switched to Aldi instead — God bless.

   Terrible store visiting today and was a total nightmare the staff in mobile department was very useless and not very helpful. Was ask to phone customer service but when ask if I could use there phone was told there phone was broken. Then I said i will use my mobile then. Then staff member said I wouldn't bother the phone signal in store rubbish. They need training bit better on the roles they do in store as they was clueless on some information I need so was wast of time on top that I had go away come back to try sorted the issue what to my surprise to be fine I mite have fond myself parking charge for my visit to store from APR camera systems when I kindly ask to speak to store manager or some one who could help with this issue I was told there no body available in store then when thought customer service desk I was getting some where. Was told me write down my information some body would call me as I was leaving I over hear one staff saying nothing they do about a old lady was find so lifted my hole shopping trip horrible time and wast of time to be honest and will not be shopping there again in future.

   Instore pharmacy (Boots owned) is a disaster on a good day. With recent changes dived even lower. Customers are now queuing for up to half an hour, TWICE to get regular prescription orders!

   The shop is well stocked staff very polite and helpful. Considering Tesco has been going for many years quite a lot of their products are expensive unless you have a club card and even then some club card prices are not competitive. This is a shame as I used to like shopping at Tesco. It's rare I shop there now.

   This is one of the busiest Tesco Extra I've ever been to. The store is located close to the bus station and shopping centre. There's Tesco fuel station close by, the store has ATM for customers who want to withdraw cash, the car parking area is right in front of the store and it's spacious. It also house other businesses like the opticians, cafe, pharmacy and dry cleaners. The aisles are neatly arranged and kept clean, tidy and free of any obstruction. The staff are helpful, courteous and friendly. Working or shopping in this store is a pleasure!

   During the early days of COVID 19 Tesco were fantastic and very helpful I very rarely used a NHS pass to jump the long ques but on the odd time I did they were great. Unlike sansburys who refused me on three out of three times I really needed to que jump. Thanks tesco a grateful NHS worker.
