Customer service is shocking. Cancelling someone's order in the middle of the night 4am and not even giving me chance to call up and pay the delivery wasn't till 7.30pm at night!!!
My first experience with an Ocado delivery. My property is difficult to find, and the driver (Steven) called and politely asked for help locating me. He took care loading my items for bringing up my steps, which, due to my COPD, was greatly appreciated. Lovely driver, friendly and very polite.
