   I’ve just moved into the area and popped into Morrisons on Wednesday for a small shop. I was really impressed by the customer service especially from Renee, who helped me find what I needed. She even checked in the back for a product I was struggling to find, which I really appreciated. Liam was also incredibly helpful I asked him for directions and he kindly let me know where the Civic Centre was. Both of them made me feel really welcome, which meant a lot as someone new to the area. Great first impression.

   The shop itself is well stocked, staff are nice and friendly. But the issue is, they never take any evri return parcels. They always come up with an excuse on printers broken , or the bag is full. Do they accept return parcels or not?

   I recently moved to the area and this is one of the nearby shops. In comparison to the other shops on this road that are above average price 'local' shops - this is by far the worst and the only one I've walked around and come out with nothing due to hyped up prices. The shop also offers a service where you can drop off Yodel parcels. The first time I tried to use this service the colleage was very apologetic and told me it wasn't working. The second time a colleague came to the desk, accepted my parcel but completely blanked me. I'm always polite in shops and say hello, thank you. Utter silence, no acknowledgement, to be honest plain rude. I get that sometimes retail workers are over stretched - but to simply refuse to acknowledge someone and almost give off an aurora of disdain is inexcusable.

   As 1 of wheelchair accessible shops on the road I'll give it 3stars for that alone but it's highly overpriced compared to every other shop on the strip

   Been 3 times with parcels and get told no more room everytime I've been it gets fuller joke ring them they say it gets emptied at half 2 walk 34 minutes still full

   This Morrisons Daily used to be McColl's and is still operated by them. They now offer Morrisons branded products and some exclusive Safeway branded items. The prices are higher than a supermarket but its a convenience store so that is expected. They have all the simple items you woul need for a quick basket shop. The staff are very friendly too.
