Love this place. It feels cosy, relaxing and generally has a good vibe. It's a quirky venue, a bit alternative and different to the mainstream...my cup of tea for sure! It's independent and welcoming to all.

Amazing independent cafe, perfect Sunday breakfast / brunch. Great vegan options! Even had vegan American style pancakes! Will definitely be back, and really friendly staff.

Really nice little bar/restaurant in town. Has a personal feel to it, some great beers on tap and in cans. Food is fresh and amazing. Service is great. Eat inside or experience all the madness that Birmingham has to offer outside!

Cherry Reds is a hidden gem! Lovely traditional Cafe Bar with nice decor and a cosy atmosphere. Menu selection is extensive and includes a wide variety of vegan/vegetarian options alongside traditional English food and drinks. The Diddy Breakfast was excellent quality and tasted delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. An added bonus is the selection of cask and keg ales available. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Birmingham!

Food was delicious! Partner hard hearty English and I had the Benedict bagel, was lovely. Table was a little small for two people but overall would I go again? Yes!

A querky, vibrant place that serves good quality food. The staff were friendly and welcoming, although you did have to order at the till. I ordered the full English, a good portion size and all of the ingredients were good quality and cooked perfectly. A sausage with a bit more of a punch and a more hospitable customer service experience would have pushed it up to a 5 star review. Definitely worth going.

We found Cherry Reds on a quick Google search for local vegan food and I'm so glad we did. I had the best pancakes I've ever tasted this morning. The Banana Chocolate Fudge American pancakes were fantastic. My wife had the Blueberry Cheesecake pancakes and shared my opinion that they were amazing. She also had the Mexican hot chocolate which was delicious and perfect for the cold weather. My daughter had slice of the oreo cake and seemed to enjoy it. The staff were very helpful and nice and the cafe itself was tlreally pleasant and festive.

About a 3rd of the menu is vegan! Great find in central Birmingham, a stone's throw from New Street train station. This place is great value for money, with very filling portions! Service was (and has been every time we've been) prompt even though they were busy. Highlights include the tasty seasoned batter on the cauliflower wings, and the quality of the chips. However, the meaty option of fried chicken pancakes left something to be desired as they were a little dry without the maple syrup accompaniment, and could do with more toppings besides the chicken - advertised with peppers and had only two pieces! Would even sacrifice a piece of chicken in favour of a more well rounded topping offering. In addition, I personally wish people would stop serving food on paper when you use a knife and fork though - I'm not in it for the paper - I'm in it for the tasty grub. Would recommend highly, and will certainly visit again!

Food was really good and came really quick. Coffee sadly let it down - steam wand wasn't cleaned before or after when coffee was made and foam wasn't up to scratch. Really like the venue and great place for a brunch with fun decor.
