Stopped off here after a ride, vegan carrot cake & hot chocolate was lovely. Decor inside is lush, especially love the little nods to cycling throughout
The place is nice and staff are friendly. We tried the avocado with poached eggs and the smoked salmon. The taste was average and I think it can improve further.
Pleasant lunch at Gorilla. Decent coffee, hot chocolates went down well, and good food. Creamy mushrooms on sourdough, pancake stacks and smoked salmon and peas all very good
Finally had a chance to have breakfast here! There has been a singular dearth of cafe restaurants around the Brindley Place precinct, where one can enjoy a cooked breakfast of fresh food and more modern cuisine, especially before 10 or 11am, and believe me, I've looked. My only complaint is they weren't here six months ago! Great coffee, good food and attentive service all at a reasonable price. Good luck for the future, just sorry I won't be around to enjoy it.
The best place for brunch in the City Centre. The food is always fresh and everything is super good quality. With lot's of locally sourced soft drinks. Food does take some time as it's fresh, so I'd advise you all to put orders in early.
