    i’m over 40 years old and i couldn’t get a bottle of Prosecco because i don’t have an ID with me ( i don’t look younger than my age!) your empoyee can’t tell a difference between a 21-year—old and a 40-year-old!!!

    Miserable security guard near the self service tills on his phone. I spoke to him, he left looked said nothing and carried on using his mobile phone. Young italian lady on the tills - Giorga was professional wonderfully friendly and efficient. Please pass my thanks to her.
