   I bought yogurt from Istanbul supermarket and realized it was spoiled when I got home. I go shopping at this supermarket once a month, and when I went back a month later, I told them the yogurt was spoiled, but they ignored me. I won't be going back and I don't recommend it. Their dairy products have issues.

   I've been a customer for over 3 years now, I buy meat from you every week. In the last 6 months I got bad quality one for 3 times. I thought, everyone make mistakes. I bought minced meat from you yesterday for a feast, I'm sure it is not normal meat, it was filled with unmeat like parts. I almost threw up. Shame on you. You're taking the price you want, it's Halal supposedly, why it's with this bad quality? it's animal feeding level? You're eating Haram! Someone should call the council on you to close your shop and your dirty practices. You lost a customer and everyone I'm going to tell about my bad experience

   Today I bought rotten meat that smelled like a dead dog, the seller, a man about my father's age, lied to me even though I had a small child and told me it was fresh. My husband and I were buying £400 worth of food and meat when we saw the bag of meat black and smelly. Very disgusting, I want the owner to react and I will go back to the store to show you the video.

   Disgusting. I won't be buying here again. Luckily the tags don't lie. I went this morning to claim my money back. The manager said the girls didn't notice. Well, four types of cakes and the four off. When something has mold, it's been already off for a while. The cakes were still on display this morning, I don't know how they aren't ashame. Nasty.

   This place is huge. Fresh baklava and Turkish bread available as well as a wide variety of Turkish and continental foods. There's also a meat counter.

   Absolute horrible and aggressive staff don’t ever shop here. I went shopping here and the staff were racist and rude to us 5 of the staff members starting attacking my friend they punched him in the face. For your own safety avoid this place at all cost unless you’re looking for a fight.

   I visited here for the first time and I was pretty impressed. The store is really clean, well stocked and organised, something a lot of the local international supermarkets could learn from. They have a wide range of international products aside from their Turkish products, so I’d strongly recommend giving them a thought when looking for Caribbean, African, Asian and oriental items. The guy I was served by was very friendly and polite. Overall I’d highly recommend them and I’ll be sure to return.
