   Older guy there (dunno if he’s the owner or what) is super rude! Multiple times I’ve sent evri drop offs. He told me the cut off to send was 9pm, then another day around 7:30pm told me it was cut off. When I questioned him and said he told me 9pm last time, he let me send it. After complaining that people only go in and only use the evri but don’t purchase anything (probs because the prices are too high) I thought I’d purchase some crisps after sending some parcels. I was looking for hula hoops when he was stood at the counter and said “if you want to buy something then hurry up because I want to go down there” pointing towards the end of the shop. I said that’s fine then and just left. Younger guy there is really nice though. It’s a dull and dirty shop.

   Shop owners are ignorant to cleanliness at both the front and back of this store. Volunteers have cleaned the area on numerous occasions yet they allow the filth to build up without so much as an attempt to help us keep it clear. Yet another store oblivious to their responsibilities governed by environmental laws. Go somewhere cleaner that appreciate our help, this one doesn't give a damn!

   Dreadful, gloomy store in dire need of refurbishment, in danger of collapse at any moment. Indifferent staff who are often on the phone to their friends while (not) serving you. Covid safety measures non-existent. No attempt to provide a choice of healthy food. Honestly, why do convenience stores in urban areas have to be so unspeakably awful when there are so many good examples of how it can be done in more rural areas? The only reason I go there is it is the nearest place to drop off a Hermes parcel, and then only with gritted teeth. Gets 2 stars as, believe it or not, there are even worse places than this in Salford. I'm all for supporting local businesses, but not when they are this bad.
