   Staff need training. Visited the store today 19/12/24 at 3.40pm. The team leader refused to exchange or refund the alcohol I had purchased less than 5 minutes before (I bought the wrong flavour). I went to another Tesco and was refunded straight away, also on the website it says you can refund alcohol. She was incredibly rude, had no explanation as to why she wouldn't refund me. She was loud and obnoxious, even though in this scenario she wasn't correct. Horrible customer service

   Hi. Shout out to your member of staff I spoke to tonight. I had sn urgent bladder problem that I needed help with. I needed Tena for Men ASAP. Your member of staff, sorry I did not get his name, knew exactly what I needed and took me straight to them. My husband, Norm, was delighted. Well done Tescos!!!

   every morning i go into work i pop into Tesco on Deansgate to pick a bottle of milk and my coffee i get welcomed into the store by all the staff who are so polite and friendly and will Kindly help you they are Wonder full staff and Steve the manager and the lovely staff member Martina and Assistant manager who goes out off her way to help you with all your shopping needs my heart goes out to all Tesco Staff every time i do my shopping in Tesco

   Wow, I had such an evening and really wanted to treat myself with the perfect bottle of wine. I wasn't really sure what to pick however I had a lovely suggestion from one of the staff working there. I think his name was Alex (the tall one). He helped me to choose and it was fantastic. Thanks for going the extra mile!

   Just wanted to write about the fantastic service Alex had provided me this evening. I was really looking for a certain pizza and Alex guided me straight to the section. He was polite and quick with his service. He even helped me sign up to the Tesco Clubcard so I can make a banging saving next time I go in.
