Very good store and has a very big range of everything. Members are really friendly and supportive. Only downside is really hard to find one in the evening.

It's sad what private equity has done to this store. I'm now avoiding despite living 2 minutes away because it's usually a stressful and frustrating experience. They've visibility reduced staffing levels to breaking point, chronically underinvested in their equipment and seeming reduced frequency of restocking. My experience is you often can't find what you want, it takes forever to get out of self-checkout during peak times and there's such a general atmosphere of agitation pervading the store that you wish you'd not made the mistake of entering in the first place. Imagine what Ken Morrison would make of the empty shelves, leaking fridges and exhausted staff.

The store was okay as usual, staff very friendly and nice. BUT unfortunately we decided to stay and have some food, when it arrived it was disgusting, scampi and mushy peas is the easiest sort of food to make. The peas looked like they had been cooked and put on the plate the day before, the chips likewise, had it not taken over half an hour to arrive, we would have complained, when are you companies going to come to your senses and start employing the right amount of people?? Stop trying to appease the accounting department and start working for customer satisfaction.

No checkouts open this morning and I had to ask twice why not, as i go at the same time and never had this before. Was told I would have to use scanners but I had trolly full of goods which would have been impractical. I was prepared to leave and told the security person, but they opened a check out and the lady was very nice. NOT IMPRESSED!

came in the other day. Pretty much half the fridges/freezers don’t work. Water was leaking all over the floors. There’s little stock of fresh fruit/veg. On the other hand, the young lady with short hair and glasses is a credit to the shop. Always has a laugh with us, always helpful and friendly.

After eating in Britains finest restaurants i can honestly say a meal deal from here beats the lot! I even purchased a sandwich platter for a first date they very impressed, unfortunately i didn't realise my date was trans and we parted awkwardly but nevertheless fulfilled with my meal great all round.

Cafe is poor. No permanent member of staff on the till stood there for 12 minutes before someone appeared. Table numbers issued at the till so the App is pointless. Managers helping out just clearing tables, not managing. Food takes ages to come. Needs more staff. The food is awesome but the service shocking. If there was a wether spoons nearby you could close this cafe.

Good supermarket. Great deli counter, salad bar and butchers. Parking is easy and never gets full even at peak times

Unfortunately, being the closest supermarket to where I live laziness gets the better of me, and I go here to get a few bits. Really don't like it. Find the staff less helpful and less polite than other big supermarkets. It's definitely more expensive than the other big names and always come out frustrated and telling myself not to go back. Don't have this experience anywhere else.

Not enough staff, shelves not tidy or stocked properly. Fruit and veg goes off too quickly when bought unlike other stores. Do my big shop elsewhere only use Morrison's now for the odd bit. Used to be a great store
