1. The Googler ★☆☆☆☆

   My husband popped in for a few things this morning. He found all the donuts in the bakery section were out of date. He was getting these for me and called me to advise they were out of date so asked him to go back in and complain. The customer service desk assistant was pretty helpful and got the attention of a bakery assistant. She advised that it was acceptable to sell donuts at full price the day after the best before. The best before was today, 2nd September, so these donuts should have been reduced yesterday, not today. This assistant is called Michelle. Her colleague was interrupting saying that items are reduced at 2pm and 6pm. I can't believe the cheek of these staff. I will be raising it with heard office as the manager was around but seemed disinterested. I will never set foot in this store again and nor will my husband who was insulted by these staff.

   I use this as my main store for shopping four or five times a week, I called in this morning when it opened at 10am as it was a Sunday and instantly though I should have gone to Asda. The shelves were totally empty the cleaning staff were still cleaning the aisle we blocked with cages and staff stood around chatting very disappointed with this store. I understand shopping hours are limited on a Sunday but what’s wrong with getting cleaning staff in 7 till 9am and staff in stocking shelves 9am till they open at 10am it would make for a far easier shopping experience and surely it’s easier on the staff.

   The security guard's attitude towards people is not good at all. Very rude and lacking in personality. He thinks he has the power to disrespect people so easily. I will never go to this Tesco again.

   Friendly, helpful, staff, always someone on hand to ask a question or if you need assistance. Far better than many other major supermarkets where staff are few and far between on the shop floor. A varied range of products and prices good especially with Tesco's plus card.

   Every summer the fridges and freezers break. It's happened for the last 6 years, sometimes it's twice in the same year. The staff are nice enough, if sparse on the till. Their stock reordering is a bit lack lustre since they are frequently low or out of stock for staple items. The photos show some of the stock levels in store a few weeks ago...

   The staff are absolutely brilliant at this store. Daniel was very helpful to me when my club card app wouldn't work. He helped me sort it all out with such patience. It is clean, very well stocked.
