   ZERO STARS I am currently very poorly and unable to leave the house to get my own shopping so decided to get a Tesco whoosh order from this store. One bag was opened when it came which was the first bag handed to me by the delivery driver (I haven’t ordered before I didn’t realise they come sealed there was a large lucozade missing. The water was in ripped packing with two bottles lose which I don’t want to drink in case they have been tampered with by the driver or have come from else ware ! Milk bottle also damaged. Second bag sealed but the barms I ordered thrown all over the bag again in ripped packaging and also the WARBIES loaf I order is STALE!! Over a quarter of the washing detergent I ordered missing from the bottle! I could tell by the weight of the bottle soon as I picked it up it wasn’t right! The store doesn’t answer the phone I had to call head office to sort. So I am without lucozade which I needed the most as I am very faint and dizzy and need sugar and rehydration. I am unable to make a sandwich as both breads delivered are inedible! Fuming is not the word ! First experience of whoosh… NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL!!

   I accidently dropped a carton of milk and it split open. There was a customer service lady nearby, she came over straight away to assist me which I thought was great, then she snapped "how on earth have you managed that you daft bat!" Then she smiled as she bent down to pick it up in a provocative manner whilst licking her lips and saying something in urdu. Quite bizarre and traumatizing to be honest.
