   This is now the 6th visit and everytime there are no baskets at the entrance, when I confronted staff they always say 'Its not my department'. Very fustrating.

   I politely put my hand on one of the workers arm who was putting yellow stickers on items to reduce them to ask him what a certain item was & he turned round & said don't touch me!! Well I've never heard such nonsense in my life!! Even the guy stood next to me waiting said to myself did I hear rightly then as I didn't hear him properly the 1st time myself. Anyway I have tried to contact you via telephone but to no avail!! Plus he said it again to me "don't touch me just shout". I walked off 2 minutes after & caught him telling another young lad on the fruit & veg, so I had a word whilst he was there & he said we'll just don't touch him!! I'm absolutely disgusted in the way he spoke to me & won't be shopping in your store again!!!

   Just like to say the middle aged man on the basket self check out was not very helpful, he shrugged his shoulders when I told him the cash machine outside wasn’t working, also walking away from me when I was asking if the tills did cash back . He is always miserable but today he was extra unhelpful

   Always decent, I means it's a superstore so it is what it is. But the Isles are a decent size and it has everything g I want,staff are friendly enough. Cafe is cafe standard, but if your in at Christmas try the gingerbread latte. It's bloody lovely.

   Would like to give a special mention to Ash who helped me on a few separate occasions with locating stock and checking in the back for me. Huge help and went above and beyond at the Farnworth branch. Good customer service and people skills are hard to find in this day an age so thanks Ash.

   Staff wandering around chatting, one person on Tills. Mailbox taped off and not in use. Lottery machine always broke. Newspaper's out late. Parking is sufficient. More self service tills than manned tills. Not good.
