   Visited the main Asda store this morning . I was helped whilst looking for a particular item by a member of the staff team called Matt. His professional manner coupled with going out of his way to help me left me with a very positive impression of this store. Matt was courteous, patient & polite. Keep up the good work! Thank you

   Blue badge holder, The store itself is upstairs via a lift, disabled toilets were OK but usual bins in the way and rather small for a powered wheelchair. Parking Eye, got a fine arrive months later and quickly whilst away it went to a recovery agent, a trip here ended up costing an extra £140 so will now avoid the place. No instructions on parking.

   Overall i happy with our local Asda, However time to time i can see out of date items in shop. Today i got cake for my daughter, i did not notice when i buy, but Best before day was 1 February. I mean, since 25 days , nobody check dates of those items?That s serious mistake, because kids can get poisoned with such items…Please do regular and proper checks with your stock , especially short shelf life items,,,

   This is my first and last time to do shopping here. The staff in the customer service (name tag:Lindsay) was not willing to help when the customer got problems. Just did everything slowly, pretend don't know how to use the cash machine and blame the customer giving task to her at the same time. Her behaviour was so rude and impolite, doesn't want to work but why still got paid? And why your shop could enable these kind of working attitude? It's a shame that I cannot make a zero or minor star in the feedback.

   Hands down one of the best Asda superstores in Manchester. The sheer size of the store, the dynamic range of selection available and services within this Asda are fantastic. The store itself is very big, but is always clean. The shelves are well stacked and customer assistance is quite easy to find. The self checkout queues are well managed and even better during off peak times. This Asda is easily the best superstore in Swinton.

   We bought a sandwich toast maker which was saying it was £15 and it appears it’s £22 in the costumer service. So normally they have to sell it to as on the price which we saw in the shelf, aren’t they? If I didn’t realise that and bought it for £22 wouldn’t it be a trick? And they were not polite to us also we wanted to talk to at least a superwiser but anyone showed up to talk to us. Right after that they took all of them from that shelf and then they said oh maybe some costumer put it in there. But no the other ones was the same product. So what should I think? Isn’t it my right to buy it on that price??
