   Ordered a few times now and very happy with the quality of the goods and the dispatch/delivery time. The only thing I would say is the frozen stuff could do with better packing to ensure it stays frozen as it was thawed completely by the time it arrived and I know other companies have a better system in place for this. Doesn't stop me buying in future though.

   I ordered for some items on Thursday and they were delivered well packaged the next day. The goat meat which was part of the order remained frozen and very neatly packaged. I had a minor issue with one of the items in the order and it was resolved promptly and in a most amicable manner. The customer service is excellent and their prices are reasonable. I’ve had a great experience!

   I am very surprised with these comments, hence i decided to leave this feedback. 2 items in my order was out of stock, and instead of delivering half of my order they reached out to me. First they called my mobile to ask my preference whether if i prefer them to hold the order or send it as it is. I thought that was very thoughtful. Order arrived promptly as they communicated and was packed nicely. My experience was great.

   Positives: Easy ordering system, quick delivery (ordered 18/3/23 and delivered 21/3/23) and kept informed at every stage of the delivery process. Negatives: out of date products received (best before 14/3/23). Requested refund of monies and collection of received products - awaiting outcome of this request.

   I placed my order very late and I thought it would be processed for 3days delivery (excluding weekend) however the order was delivered promptly in 2days on a Saturday. I also got a call on product substitution for an item that was not available. In my previous order before this last one, an item was missing and I placed a call to inform Afrobuy. A refund was issued straight away. The raw products I’ve ordered so far were well packaged, fresh and neat. I’m yet to experience their cooked meals. I will definitely be doing repeat orders in the nearest future.

   Will buy again but would prefer the meat to be packaged better. Wasn’t cold and nearly warm when received - even with fast delivery. Also, use by date on meat products would be good also as wasn’t planning on using straight away. Ordered the Ox Tail.

   Really efficient team: order placed at 1am and was packed and ready to go by midday + I received it by midday next day! Next day delivery super helpful when you are craving things! Environmentally friendly packaging -- upcycled box and then only the bare minimum of tape/bubble wrap used for fragile items Great products too -- super helpful that they *do* ship ripe plantain next day for when you're craving it! Ideal service, especially if you're living far from an African shop! Overall, excellent products and 0 cause to complain even if I tried = 5 stars
