   Some of the staff are unprofessional. Security guard just slouched against the window looking at his phone. One member of staff called Esho, who was talking on his headset in a different language, simply pointed when I asked him where the flour was. Awful experience.

   I admit to being g a bit snobby about shopping here but, following this visit, I'm reformed! Not what I imagined, much better, with branded products as well as their own brands. Good quality, a great shopping experience and less hurried compared to Aldi.

   Apart from the always interesting middle aisles. The food is great too. Their butter with salt crystals is better than anyone's. The salmon is fabulous too. Staff are always helpful.

   Since they add the self check-out tills, they turn rude if you ask to use the regular till. Customer service? Zero. Smat to understand that by using the regular tills we're helping saving their jobs? Zero. Understanding that the customer is a customer and doesn't work there? Zero. Not to return.

   This Lidl has everything you need and a good place for bargains. Plenty of parking, fresh baked goods, bigger store. Be nice to the check out staff they work hard and are happy to engage in conversation.
