   The guy who was on the shop floor working near the self check out id me for ibuprofen and I know its his job to ask but he has never id me for them before or other products like alcohol or vape products in previous shops. He was about 40 and had glasses. This was at 5 past 6. I know it was hos job to ask but considering hes never id me for any other products is a bit pointless. Another problem i encountered was the young man on the till at customer service and he told my brother who was minding his own business and told him to watch his back and did hand gestures which is a targeted comment because of his appearance im very unhappy with how we have been treated as it was uncalled for.

   Genuinely the worst supermarket I’ve ever been to. Every single time something needs authorising you have to wait, because you’re forced to use self service. The staff are more interested in talking with one another and messing about. They can hear the self service going off but they can’t be arsed. No lane open so a trolley load of stuff scanned up. Same for another woman next to me. 4 minutes the self service was going off. I shouted to a couple, but they ‘couldn’t come’ right now, talking was too important. Two trolleys worth of stuff left on the checkout for you to put back.

   I was in store and in a rush so went through self service, I had a small issue and asked a member of staff for help. I noticed his name tag said MATT, he was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble and I felt I should let Asda know what a valuable member of staff he is. I couldn't have got through as quickly if he hadn't come to my rescue. Thanks very much again Matt.

   I am new to the area and thought to get some essential but had no idea where to go, googled near supermarket and this came up, i had no idea where anything was in the store so asked a member of staff called jack he was so patient and guided me around the store helping me get everything i needed. This will definitely be a store i will keep returning to. BIG thanks to jack!!

   Let’s you place orders online for delivery even though it’s closed. Had me waiting over an hour for an order to be delivered through online platform and then cancelled it. If your shop is closed don’t have people wasting their time placing large orders when it’s going to be cancelled anyway. Your opening times should be accurate and reflect on your delivery platforms.

   Only one till was open for a big shop. The rest were self serve. I don't like using self service. Also it felt like I was being a inconvenience to the member of staff that was told to serve me. The store is clean and plenty of choice.

   Ignorance.unhelpfull.queed for till for 5mins to be told only 5 items.{where is the sign I I asked}.cashier replied next plz.so went to self serve and a floor attendant stood with her hands behind her back and watched my every move.i felt like a criminal.i will be calling back just to give the manager a piece of my mind.

   It could be four, but when you want to use PayPoint you can't pay card or contactless , because of,, connection to till" , in current time (2020) in supermarket as ASDA it is ridiculous not funny, but staff is friendly and helpful.
