   Rudest woman on the till I have come across!! Opening line from her was "WHAT"! Not suitable to be front of store and customer facing! I went there to return a parcel. She threw the label at me, no explanation. I told her she was being rude, she shouted at me not to return to the store. Guess what next time I'll drive my parcel back to the sender than return to this store.

   If I could put 0 stars, I would. Filthy store and dreadful customer service. I went to return a parcel, I had the print out receipts and stickers thrown at me as the lady said it wasn't her job to stick on the parcel and demanded for me to do it (no idea why but some kindness wouldn't have gone a miss). Please don't give them any of your money or use their services as it was dreadful. I didn't return my parcels with them as I was worried they'd be damaged before it even arrived back at the retailer. Avoid avoid avoid.

   Will not be going back here the saff are rude and refused to let me pay on card below 5 pound and when I tried to make it up to 5pound with a scratch card cashier told me no so did not complete my purchase and will not be returning

   My daughter knocked over a can of Prime that was stacked on more cans of Prime, bottles etc. - one of them opened. Guy proceeded to add £8 onto my transaction. £8 for an accidental spillage. £8 for a single can. I was previously in this shop daily - so it’s absolutely baffling that they would throw away that repeat custom for a can of juice you can buy in Asda for £2. Wild.
