   I wish it was possible to give zero star. My elderly, disabled sister attended this store on Monday 22 December around 10:30am. She normally attends this store regularly. While doing her shopping, she accidentally bumped her walker into a store worker/manager called Richard. He started shouting at her. Telling her to “move, move out of my way, I said move, you rammed your walker into me” with his hands up. She was not aware she had touched him with the walker. She told him that she would have apologised if she had thought she had touched him. He would not listen and still continued shouting at her. He was extremely aggressive and rude to her. At that point, another customer became involved and he started shouting at him also saying “she rammed her walker into me”. My sister felt very threatened and frightened. She said she thought he was going to hit her. She would never be able to defend herself as she is very small and quite frail. Since this incident, she has been in the area and wanted to go back into the store but is too frightened and still too upset to go in. She is traumatised. This behaviour is totally unacceptable and inexcusable from anyone, let alone a manager. I believe she deserves a full face to face apology for this. It’s disgusting and I am livid.

   Typically staff here are pleasant however a manager Richard was extremely rude and disrespectful to me and a disabled old lady who had accidentally bumped into him with her walker. Concerning if these type of staff are chosen to represent a store I visit regularly

   Rude Aldi assistant at the self checkouts, only asked him for a carrier bag which he was carrying bags with him, But he had to help out five other customers at the checkouts before he can give me a carrier bag, So I had to wait for 4 minutes. It's such a disgrace how Aldi staff treat me like this. He'll get his desert by treating someone else like that, and see what reaction he'll get when that customer complains.

   Store has toilets but they only let ‘select’ people use their toilet facilities. So, if you’re a guy you’re refused. Pretty sure you’re not allowed to discriminate against someone to use a toilet based on their sex. Other Aldi’s I’ve been to (Stretford) have a store toilet that everyone is welcome to use. Really disappointing. You should either provide toilets for everyone or not at all.

   I'm a big Aldi fan and lucky enough to live within walking distance of this store. I go there most days. (Sad but true.) Great prices, always well stocked and speedy checkout. What's not to like?

   This is my local Aldi and up to this afternoon it was ok but today I can now say it is brilliant when I arrived at the shop entrance the store manager was taking the lady shop assistant off one till so she could walk around the store and escort a blind man with his guide dog and she was absolutely brilliant helping the man get what he needed and described clearly what everything was and when he had got everything that he wanted she guided him to her empty till put his shopping through then came back from around the counter and packed his rucksack with it she was a absolute star and deserves some recognition for her efforts god bless her

   Good value for money, even prices are rising there is a unique sense of relief at the checkout when although prices are changing, that is not the reaction you feel. The only criticism is that some of the vegetables have a short sell by, but the varied selection in the store provides value for money.
