   Pretentious and rude staff. The way they have treated my team was disgraceful. My management team (We run a business which is 2/3 minutes walk away and are all knutsford residents) had gone into Waitrose for some items for the business and the way the staff turned their nose up at them, talking on the headset and following them around the store. This is unacceptable. Especially with my team being new to the area. The staff in the store think they're kings and queens. We run a local hospitality business and understand what is good customer service, but this was not found in Waitrose, which is what I thought Waitrose and John Lewis was all about. My family and I have been using Waitrose and John Lewis for over 40 years and this is the first time I have encountered this. I thought they want to keep their integrity but these few staff members have ruined this. You can't turn your nose up at people when all you do is stand behind a counter and restock the shelves for a company who most likely will class them as replaceable if time suits. We will not be using them and will not recommend their business. Knutsford is supposed to be going through a Business Improvement district which involves bringing people into the town, but with their attitude, they will turn people away.

   Absolutley shocking, we walked in there to be prejudged the guy turned looked at us, and used his head piece to speak to staff who also stared at us making us feel so uncomfortable, after following us around for a few minutes, I asked if they sold straws as I run a local business round here, I decided after shaking and crying to call for the head office number but spoke to the duty manager, who apologised and said they’d had reports of a male and female in the area, needless to say I was with another male, will defo be boycotting there from now on

   Absolutely revolting self help machines... I've seen the same dirty marks on the screens for weeks now shocking how many germs you can pick up in this branch... you need to retrain your staff in daily cleanliness sort it out..... ADDING TO MY REVIEW 5 DÀYS LATER... Still the same dirty marks on the self help machines... dreadful... lied reply from Waitrose here... it is obviously clear you care nothing for cleanliness absolutely shocking... if you want to collect germs shop in this dirty Knutsford branch.....
