   I popped in the other day to get some last minute stuff for Christmas, and I didn’t realise it when picking it up that the milk bottle was leaking. It was only at the till, when Kush, the guy serving me, pointed it out. He was very polite and apologetic about the leaky milk (which was nearly half empty at this point!) and let me go and get another bottle. Thank you Kush!!

   Great store, a lot of choices, however, try making offers better please! Some prices were hard to work out! Manage to get a lot of my shopping, clean fresh store, staff on till perfect well done! Some shelves need stocking up..

   The world’s biggest Tesco - great store to walk around, with seats in the middle of the store too. There’s also several mini stores inside, including Tesco Cafe, Greggs, Pharmacy, Timpsons and more. There is however a good chunk of the store which sits completely empty, definitely room for more checkouts.

   This Tesco is huge. This Tesco Extra has a very large diversity of products. I have bought many nice things from this Tesco. Plenty of vegan and gluten free options here, there are a couple of isles for stationary, toys and electronics. A greggs has recently opened up inside of the Tesco too, I am looking forward to trying it. There is also a Holland and Barrett inside which is quality. Fun fact! This Tesco is the biggest in the country and Is almost the size of two football pitches. It is definitely a noteworthy Tesco. -1 star for the upset it caused me every time I was forced to come here as a child.

   Sadly, the only access is via the indoor precinct where security staff steadfastly deny admittance to anyone with a bicycle, so if that is your only means of transport, I suggest shopping elsewhere.

   I went to Tesco today for some groceries shopping. On the bread section I kindly asked a young customer assistant lady that was exactly on that section working on the bread shelves, if she could find a colleague that could slice a bread for me. Her rude reply: “ I don’t know anyone, go there and see if you find one! “ Aren’t the customers assistants supposed to help customers?!? Very, very unprofessional and rude!

   The store is fine itself, but the escalators are out of order more than they are working. There's engineers do work on them then next week the escalators are broken again. The Glass lift is small and there's regular queues there when the escalators are not working.
