   My wife and I were loading our shopping into our bags today after paying for everything. Inadvertently one of the bags toppled and a large yogurt fell out, obviously breaking its seal, causing some of the contents to spill out onto the floor. My wife asked the gentleman who was cleaning nearby if he had a cloth for us to clean the spillage. He did more than provide a cloth he came and personally cleaned it up, took the damaged yogurt pot away and replaced it with another. What a nice person this gentleman is, a true advert for good customer service and a credit to your store.

   Not from the area so, nipped in to get a few bits. French Fancies were reduced by 30%. Got them to the checkout and the assistant said they couldn't sell them as they were 'out of date'. Assistant scanned them and we went to get another box but, they were all out of date so, we couldn't purchase them. Obviously, not a good situation however, hats off to the checkout assistant for attention to detail. Impressive on a very busy Friday afternoon..

   It's an ALDi, another supermarket giving the other big supermarkets something to scratch and showing them a thing or two. Knutsford has a clean, bright, organised store with all the ALDi bargains and the famous middle isles. Got what I needed quickly, didn't buy anything on impulse, and escaped. Wet Wednesday lunchtime it was almost empty... Perfect.
