   This is not a review about the coffee or food it's a review for a member of staff who gave a five star service when I split my coffee all over the table I was sat at, didn't get ladies name but she asked me if I was ok( I had had a stressful couple of days) not just once but twice, brought me another coffee and offered a slice of cake, a bit of kindness goes a long way, a big thank you to that member of staff

   Service was shocking, the manager who served didn’t thank us for our custom. Was too busy shouting at other people and didn’t really acknowledge us. Frappuccinos that had been made weren’t blended correctly either. Think extra training needed as we had a lot better experiences at other stores.

   dear sir madam .been a pensioner after my visit to lgi with terminal news of my childhood friend my visit for three coffees at £2. 85 +£O .50 EXTRA FOR ONE OF THE COFFEES TO BE STRONGER WAS LIKE ANOTHER TERMINAL SHOCK. MY RECEIPT: NUMBER 30049 SERVED BY LIAM MORRIS . SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME IT WOULD BE MORE MONEY THE TWO OTHER COFFEES WHERE LEFT AS TWO WEAK AND WATERY. THE ENORMOSE COST PENSIONERS HAVE TO PAY NEEDS TO BE REVIEWED A VERY DISATISFIED CUSTOMER ON MY FIRST EXPERIENCE OF A VISIT TO YOUR COFFEE ESTABLISMENT. LEAVING THIS AT YOUR PERUSAL.    Manager seems so miserable and she never seems to care about customers and when complained about off milk used in latte she didn't care. She doesn't even let you use voucher codes as the rest of the staff seem to let you use them. She seems to think because the shop is based in LGI it's acceptable to food poison customers. The other manager seems to be a nice chap.

   It's in the main entrance of Leeds General Infirmary. Good coffee, fair selection of things to eat. Wheelchair access is fine and it's adjacent to disabled and other toilets.
