   The worst shop ever. Totally unhelpful. Evri should remove their services from there, always an excuse to not take your parcel. Just hope it gets new owners soon, it could be such a great shop.

   Shambles of a shop! Evri machine never works - they should just remove it from the shop! Staff rude and unwelcoming. Made to feel bad for picking up a parcel!

   this shop has fallen down hill so badly the last few years. the muslim/indian guy who just works there is always disconsolate, n looks dejected. half of the food this shop sells is out of date, n idk what they do to that evri machine but it NEVER works n when you ask them when it’ll be up n running you always get the same answer. “tomorrow”, n long behold the next day is another tomorrow. the only saving grace for this shop, is the good selection of beverages n alcoholic drinks, n the crisp aren’t bad either. but the sweet selection is just mediocre, overall this convenience store rapidly needs to improve its efficiency. especially the evri machine, as its just a shambles atm. just stay away from this shop, unless you need a drink. but you’ll need one anyway when you enter this shop.

   The staff are very rude and unwelcoming! Never bother going there for Evri drop off and collections! Evri print machine never works!!!!!!!!! Dont waste your time people. Even to drop off labelled Evri parcel, the rude staff says not today we are very busy today! Who does that? If you cant handle being busy dont bother work!

   Really disappointing! Just moved in the area, so it’s my local shop. Visited it 3 times in 2 weeks and every time felt unwelcomed, like not very happy to see you there. If you are working with customers, maybe hello, a little smile and a thank you would help. On my first visit, the lady cashier was stocking up the shelves so I had to wait to be served, second time wanted to drop a Hermes parcel off and their scanning gun didn’t work, so had to go to the shop in Winton and the third time bought milk and it was off, wanted to take it back but then thought, there is probably no point, so three visits, three chances, all failed, just won’t be visiting this store again.

   The blonde eastern European sounding lady really should not be working there. She left a queue of customers waiting to be served whilst she stocked the shelves for several minutes, appeared to be in a completely foul mood and didn't even look at me or say a word when she served me. She really should not have a job there

   On separate occasions now, Hermes parcels have been dropped off BUT the tracking has not progressed from the logged drop off. Save yourself the inconvenience, DO NOT drop off your parcels here, as they mysteriously disappear....

   Do not use this place for Hermes parcel delivery. It was delivered and they sent it back as it "wasn't their usual Hermes delivery driver and the printed label was not on white paper". Forget that it is paid for, barcoded and tracked! These people are not reliable so don't trust your parcels to them.
