    There is a 50 ish female assistant who is obviously not happy doing the work she does & is quite openly rude & has been for as long as I can remember. Today she blanked me when I asked her a question, which she had obviously heard then was very short when she eventually answered & didn’t even bother to make eye contact. I actually dread going in the shop when I see her & will, in future go to New Mills Co op, where they are helpful & kind.

    Handy convenience store in the village. A reasonable range of products and opens until late in the evening. Also has an ATM which given the long opening hours of the shop makes it a useful asset for obtaining cash given the lack of a bank in the village.

    Quite easily the worst customer service anywhere. Don't go there unless you're about to starve. Never have fresh produce. Very rude staff. As a result, I won't be going there again.
