The best customer service i received. The old lady served me better than so called young people who work in retail. This store has all the essential stuff you need for daily routine and they have a lot of offers.

On Friday I made a desperate plea for help to Whaley Bridge Co-op on behalf of a vunerable member of the community, I am overwhelmed by the kindness, understanding and practical help I recieved from Pete in assisting me to sort the problem. Prior to speaking to the Co-op I phoned Tesco for help, their retort was "very sorry we are working to capacity". I'll be spending more of my money at the Co-op from now on. Thank you for your practical assistance and understanding Co-op.

Fat woman behind the till shouting across the shop to get out as they had 4 people in the store. Absolute joke for the size of the shop, plus it was raining hard so had to wait in the rain. Decided not to spend my money here today and in the future.
