   I’ve been a loyal customer here for 17 years, but recently the staff have become noticeably lazier and ruder. Customer service used to be excellent, but now even simple requests like asking for a bag are met with “the bags are there.” It’s disappointing, especially when staff can clearly see customers struggling. If this continues, I’ll be noting the names of the specific employees involved, as the decline in service is unacceptable.

   Some of the staff behave with an attitude as if they’re doing you a favour, which is quite disappointing. I asked one of the Asian women about a product, and she dismissively said she didn’t know—no effort to help at all. The overall attitude felt rude and lazy, which was honestly embarrassing for a store like this.

   Treated really badly, by the management, I am disable and require support with my shopping. I asked management to help me and they went into the back to have a chat, I also experienced the managers shouting at the overworked staff members. Visited Alexander store and was treated superbly by management. This store has bad management, who don't treat customers with respect.
