This has got to be the filthiest Costa I have ever been in. Only two members of staff on shift and most of the tables had trays left on there with dirty cups/plates. Most of the seats had stains on them or rips. The floor was filthy. Really run down Costa. Definitely won’t be coming back here and spending my money.

This costa is absolutely lovely! Myself and my partner have been a few times getting different drinks each time. So far, both the coffee and the service have been great. Good quality with very friendly service makes it a solid choice for coffee in the area!

Called in for coffee as this was the nearest Costa coffee to the garage to which I had dropped my car off. So glad we did! From entering the door I noticed the cleanliness of this coffee establishment. It was 9am on Saturday so there were only a few tables taken at that point, we were able to get a nice table with sofa tucked away at the bottom of the coffee shop. The coffee shop filled up quickly in the hour that we were there, I would imagine this would be quite a busy ship at times, owing to its location on the retail park. There were two people serving, a lovely young lady with a warm welcome took our order straight away, followed by a very pleasant young man who made the drinks. The food we ordered was cooked perfectly, a breakfast toastie and seeded toast with marmalade, the sandwich grated thoroughly. We ordered Americano with milk, and a hot chocolate, the hot chocolate was nice and warm, I have noticed in some Costa coffee shops that this is not always the case. I would recommend this Costa because although a small shop, the seating was well thought out, and there was ample indoor seating. We recommend the breakfast toastie.

Convenient Costa at the far corner of Crown Point Retail Park. Friendly service, although when you have a drink voucher on your app, the staff won't flag it in for you. The onus is on you to ask or add it when you scan it.

We found Costa to be a very child friendly and welcoming venue. The food and drinks are good quality and this is definitely one of the best cafes in the area. My son loved it

Came in recently whilst Christmas shopping we were served by Otto, really charming and hardworking young lad. Nice and clean environment and relaxing music. perfect stop whilst shopping in the mad rush!

The hot chocolate was just warm, wasn't a nice hot temperature. You have a seriously bad fly problem to, I've never seen so many fly's in winter. I don't know about the staff because someone else got the drinks. The table was dirty and wasn't cleaned. Wouldn't be coming back here anytime soon.

I called in here with my daughter, I only ordered 2 drinks, however the order managed to get lost. The staff were miserable and the young man on the counter had a 'really couldn't careless' attitude. No apology for missing drinks, just a stressed young lady who was trying to catch up on drink orders, however customer service had a lot to be desired. The tables were filthy and when they were eventually cleared a wipe down with a clean cloth wouldn't have gone a miss!!

It was busy & there were 2 staff serving as I approached the order point. Jade said "Do you want your usual americano" I said " I dont drink americaro, I drink latte". I order latte & toast. Damien disappeared as the manager appeared & she began making drinks, she was shouting down the customer line if drinks were takeaway, what milks etc. My drink & toast were placed on a tray but I couldn't get them from the counter due to drinks piling up everywhere. Eventually made it to the collection point, I asked the manager for knives, didn't hear her response (if there was one) so asked again. She snapped "shes getting them" & knives were duly dropped onto the tray. I asked for serviettes & she dumped them on the tray as well. I said to her "what has happened to the service in this store, it used to be so good" She didn't reply. I moaned to my sister who wonder why I'd been to long. Damien (who was clearing tables) came over to our table, bobbed down & began talking. I said I wasn't interested in anything he had to say as I was talking to my sister. He said "well I'm going to say to anyway" He said "I wouldn't tolerate staff being spoken to aggressively" I protested my innocence. He said I come in every week & always complain & if I complain again, I'd be refused service & told to leave. !!! I replied I have never complained, haven't complained today & don't come in every week & he must have mixed me up with someone else. He said "it is you cos because I recognised you" I said he was mistaken & to leave me alone. Of course I was upset & annoyed at being accused of something I hadn't done so wrote down some notes with the intention of complaining & took a foto of the toast (which was inedible) I could feel 3 pairs of eyes boring into me !!!! As we left, Damien came over & said "was everything ok" I look from him to the toast & said "what do you think !!" He smirked "have a good afternoon" The manager sarcastically shouted "bye" from the counter, I did not acknowledge her childish behaviour. Now.... I never spoke aggressively to anyone, Damien WASN'T even behind the counter (he was by the door clearing tables) so he couldn't have heard what was said anyway. He came over because he heard me moaning to my sister. I've been in that store 7 times in the last 5 month, the last time being 25th Sept. Jade CLEARLY mixed me up with someone else she thought was me, who drinks americarnos & is possibly the complainer. And finally>>> WHY would I continue to visit a store where I'm repeatedly getting poor customer service... I would simply find another store..
