So hit and miss with this place, more often then not the drinks are made poorly, not the way you would receive them in most other Costas, I understand it been in a hospital it’s likely really stressful at times but the amount it costs per drink I expect it to be the best standard not weak and often powdery. Also never any cream available, never any of the extras for the seasonal drinks which is half of what you pay for. Certain staff members are lovely but a lot can be very rude. Just think the staff need better training and shouldn’t advertise what they don’t have or specify before you pay for the drink that it’s gonna be missing things. Never a problem with the food though always lovely.
