Useful little store. The young man serving was extremely helpful as I was confused as to how to spend some clubcard points. Great customer service. Thanks.
Atrocious service from staff during my visit on the evening of 09/11/25. Several customers were waiting at the tills for a long time with no staff in sight. Eventually, a staff member appeared at the back of the store. I tried to get his attention, and another member then appeared and immediately spoke to me in a rude and aggressive manner, saying, “Do not click your fingers at my staff - we are not animals.” I was shocked to be spoken to in such a way, especially by a staff member. I wasn’t aware I had clicked, but if I did, it was only to avoid shouting down the store. There was no apology for the delay, just continued rudeness, even after other customers commented to him on his appalling behaviour. When I asked another member of staff how to make a complaint, he said, “No, just leave it, he’s my boss.” The same rude staff member then returned and carried on being confrontational. He wasn’t wearing a name badge and refused to give his name, sarcastically saying I should just describe him - short, unshaven, dark hair. I believe he was the manager that evening. He had also rolled his eyes at me earlier while pushing a stock trolley as I didn't move out of the way fast enough. I shop here four times a week and have never experienced anything like it. Not what we want when we're just popping in the local store for some supplies. Extremely disappointing service, and I won’t be returning.
Bigger than it looks outside with fairly decent stock
the staff in here are always pleasant and professional. the shop itself is tidy and is a decent size. the car park, however, is a shambles and not enough spaces, resulting in people parking poorly as a result and making it difficult to get in/out.

The doors most of the time are locked and alarmed within a sensor, so you have to wait for a member of staff to open them and let you in. Absurd…
This is a TARDIS of a shop they have a larger than expected selection of goods and as to all of the disruption caused it is not Tesco's fault, we shouldn't live in the past
Absolutely brilliant, staff very helpful and friendly. The store is much bigger than expected and well stocked. well worth the wait!
