Started shopping here frequently in the last couple of months. Car parking is pretty rubbish, but that can't really be helped with the space available. Staff less friendly and talkative than aldi. But lidl has specific snacks, treats and cereals that we all like. Fairly priced, love the blueberry pancakes in particular!
I've been shopping here for a few years now and tbh most of the staff are very friendly but the young lady with the blonde hair thinks it's OK to slag her fellow workers of infront of customers. Absolutely disgusting if I'm honest and totally unprofessional.
Very disappointed with the service at Lidl Tamworth Town Centre. I tried to return a product I bought it, but the staff member named Ariane was rude and dismissive. She opened the package without asking and told me items can’t be returned—something I was never informed about. I felt disrespected and poorly treated. Lidl should train their staff to treat customers with basic courtesy. Reply to CS There is already the case filed. usually good service, except when someone take ages to open another checkout. 3 stars because they now have the dreaded charity option on the card machine at the checkout. one of these days i'm going to start making the cashier select the no option, and refuse to touch the screen. otherwise what's the point of it being contactless?
Lidl-Bolebridge Street Tamworth. I use this store occasionally as it is reasonably easy to get to on foot for me. Prices are competitive on most items I purchase here. The store always looks clean and I can find what I need easily sometimes paying for goods can be a bit slow though, as there are queues on the tills.
First visit to a Lidl, was OK, store clean and well laid out, cheaper than Asda but not sampled food so can't comment on quality.
A nice store, friendly staff, a few items out if stock otherwise 5 stars

Love shopping here. Get everything I need at a good value of money. Definitely recommend. Staff are great.
BEWARE!!! Always check your recipe in the store,because they will charge you for 1 extra product.Last time was 1 box off water and now an extra Mixed Nuts(2.49£) I get it's hard because off the pandemic,but STEALING from customers,really? I'm a regular customer but DEFINITELY NOT coming back.
