   Walking into Aldi today Lichfield the staff depending on what day are normally quite helpful but today the staff were rude and disrespectful and quiet frankly even sharp with my children . I understand that the card payments had gone down but there was no indication of what was going on no leadership skills and no staff leading the way The staff were all rude especially the man and women who served us as we were shifted from one till to another with sharpness with no regard for customer service Even with the exception of card payments the customer service should stand and was terrible As a customer service provider I find this absolutely unacceptable and down right disgusting Thank god we have Tesco over the way as their service is excellent

   Food is good rude staff after escorting a thief out then started accusations as if I was his friends without any reason to believe that as I had no knowledge who the other person was. Just make sure it clear who it is that started harassing me was 2 brown haired ladies and 1 blonde lady working the hours from 9pm to 10pm on 5th of march 2025 and they refused to give their names. Check you cameras you'll see how they harassed me.

   Great store, but leaving customers need to leave space for other customers to enter car park. This car qas rude, ignorant and abusive. Blocking both lanes so noone could enter or leave. So selfish.

   Most ignorant of till staff Ive met. I accidentally dropped a jar and you'd have thought I’d shot her dog. Till number 2 at 11.40am today 03/02/23.I offered to pay for the broken jar but she could barely grunt. No please or thank you and was looking down at everyone. Shoved my receipt at me without any manners. Very rude and bad attitude. Lidl here we come.

   Prices are creeping up (so is the competition) but usually less than other supermarkets. We have done our main shop here for the simple reason is that it costs less.

   Its so much cheaper than the other supermarkets, queues for the till are not crazy like they used to be, the choice is great but for some thing's you have to go elsewhere.

   Pleasant store and great prices and availability. Problematic on busy hours due to the Road layout with Tesco on site. The store is showing its age now.

   Typical Aldi with quality goods at excellent prices. Also typical as the trolleys are located near the entrance, which is a pain in the bum if you've had to park at the other end of the site, and have to walk all the way back to return your trolley - especially if it's raining.
