I was waiting to be served by a staff member I knew from school she was extremely rude her name is nicky . I was waiting for over 10 minutes when she started serving customers before me I was actually first in the queue I did question that and havent been in asda since October. again I went in asda this afternoon nicky was shouting and swearing at me and pulling at my coat and said I am weird she kept telling me to get out I haven't done anything wrong i have now made a complaint to customer services about the staffs behaviour and also letting cats in the cats are all over the food shelves very unhygienic. Staff never serve the customers as too busy chatting and smoking and vaping outside by the entrance this needs to be sorted

Just had the worst customer service from someone called Elouisa. From when i arrived at the till she was ignorant an pretended she didn’t see me. She took the longest amount of time putting a few notes in a money bag like it was a hard task to do when clearly she just didn’t want to serve me. Then when the slowcoach decided to scan my items she over charged me by £3 something when 2 of my items was on promotion. Should staff not know that or see it on the till? When I questioned Elouisa on this she acted dumb, was rude an dismissive. I suggest if your insecure an don’t like other females then don’t work with the public.

Denied access because I was wearing a school uniform due to other students behaviour, I was trying to get period products and they denied me access even though I had done nothing wrong, I only usually get there to get a meal for school due to it being the cheapest and my family struggle with money. I’m on study leave and live nowhere in the area and they still denied me access. I have a fainting disorder and I require sugar in order to not faint and usually buying things from here just in case helps in case I feel the symptoms I do before fainting. I understand they wanted no ruckus but when it’s people who haven’t done anything and who need the things they’re looking for they shouldn’t have that power, girls can get infections if they don’t change sanitary towels and I had none in the house this morning and I had to wait until 5:00pm until I got home from an exam and running errands. They’re always under stocked and they make you wait to be served if paying with cash

I would still rather it was there than wasn’t. It was brilliant when it first opened. It is messy and the staff seem very demotivated. They do lack the essentials often but apart from not always being able to get what I want it is still a useful store. You can no longer use your loyalty card there to gain points.

Really handy little shop. Due to this not being a 'main' store some prices are higher than at the regular ASDAs but there's still plenty of deals. Just good to have down the road if you run out of something - they have many products in stock - or for just picking up a few bits.

I find the Asda express very expensive. I get much better value in the local Costcutter which is a shame because another food shop was very badly needed on.Falcon Lodge.

Great little asda right on the door step. Wish there was a little more cleaning products. But it is great and fast service too.

Fantastic. Saves making the trip to Minworth. Prices seem to be on par with the larger stores. Probably needed more parking in hindsight, but I generally walk down.

A much needed convenience store for this local community, a good location, Parking wise it needs more spaces, Staff are helpful, friendly and professional, a very well stocked shop for its size with modern equipment, coffee machine etc, loads of fridges and very good vegan options too, clean and tidy but would expect this from a new store, very impressed so far
