I had such a lovely experience at this café! The staff were really friendly and welcoming. Toby and Lottie in particular provided amazing service — she made sure my hot chocolate came just how I wanted and even came back to let me know that the marshmallows weren’t halal, which I really appreciated. The Kinder Bueno donuts are absolutely delicious (definitely recommend!), though the Lotus ones always seem to be out of stock. Overall, great service and great treats!

I usually enjoy coming here, but today was very disappointing. I ordered an iced matcha with white chocolate, and it was way too sweet — almost undrinkable. There seems to be no consistency in how the drinks are made; when another barista makes it, it tastes perfect, but today it was completely off. For a drink that costs over £5, I expect the quality to be reliable every time. Consistency is so important, and sadly this visit let me down.

The atmosphere is ideal for meetings or getting some work done, and the coffee is genuinely lovely. I took my kids here for brunch while catching up on some work, and they had a blast. The doughnuts are a true hit of nostalgia—reminds you of fresh doughnuts at a fairground, but with a modern twist: large, indulgent, and coated in delicious flavours and chocolates, without losing that nostalgic charm.

Drive thru and dine in coffee shop Would recommend to everyone as few places in this area which do proper coffee and take pride in their coffee. We got the coffee boy special, iced caramel latte, egg and a toasted butter bagel. Food was a bit slow as I think staff were new but one it arrived it was all good. Would definitely go back.

Been meaning to come here for a while, and was it worth the visit! I had a vanilla dirty chai which was lovely and a yogurt granola bowl with fruit. They also have options for sweet treats and my partner had scrambled eggs on toast. Lovely relaxed cool vibe, big mix of people here from parents with kids to friends meeting up, pram friendly, wheelchair accessible, seating inside and outside, plenty of parking. I'd definitely come again!

Lovely little coffee shop. The food they have is tasty and mostly healthy. We went during the Christmas holidays, and they made a lot of effort into making it look and feel welcoming and festive. A simple moment, but a cup of coffee in the rain with the Christmas decorations was blissful. We always pop through after visiting the in laws. The staff are great, service relatively quick, food is fresh and it’s doggo friendly!

Their hot chocolate is really good, one of the best for me than any other coffee places out there. I visited today for my usual hot chocolate and it felt they had just given boiled milk rather than hot chocolate as it lacked strongly the flavour and just tasted milky which was very disappointing and quite frustrating as it’s pricey to get. However, most of the time their quality is good.

Really comfortable and cosy coffee shop. The glass windows helped make the place really bright and let the sun shine through. Food was average but perfect for the price paid.

Probably the best coffee in Huddersfield. Been a few times now and is always worth dropping by when in the area. The coffee and fruit smoothies are fantastic! You can't go wrong. The cookies which are supplied by Saddleworth Brownies are top notch.
