    Often don't have milk or the usual alternatives except coconut. I wish they would signpost this so that you don't wait 15 mins in the queue before finding out. Toasties are just warm bread (cost £6.75). I asked for it to be redone and it was the same .. Such a shame as it's a prime spot, but whoever does their ordering always gets it wrong - no milk, no coffee lids, no coffee sometimes, too much of one thing and not enough of the other They used to sell reduced items at around 3pm but have changed it to 6pm - I think to ensure not too many people buy it. Staff could be quicker, there is always around a 15 min queue.

    Paid for 2 bacon ciabbatas, waited quite a while & was given one. Had to get my receript to prove I'd paid for two! Dirty tables, long queues & not enough staff. Up your game M&S!!

    Myself and my mother are visiting the Christie today! So stopped in at the M&S cafe, the lady that served us I believe her name is Sasha was polite, friendly and efficient made for a very pleasant visit. We ordered two breakfast wraps and a cheese twist we both liked the wraps, and loved the cheese twist. I had a black Americano which was delicious! My mother had tea “tea is tea” is her review! It is pricey but convenient.

    Absolutely stellar experience at this place! From the moment I walked in, the aroma of freshly brewed coffee enveloped me, setting the perfect ambiance for a delightful visit. The baristas were not only skilled but incredibly friendly, offering personalised recommendations that exceeded my expectations. I would like to highlight the lovely young blonde haired lady working on the coffees who was not only extremely polite and helpful, but her friendly smile made my day even better! I would definitely recommend this place.

    Great friendly service hot & cold food served. Great coffee also. I prefer it to the Christie canteen as it's a bit less busy and quieter even though it's at the entrance.
