   Rude and aggressive manner by the staff . ( again) The behaviour of the Redheaded mature lady with glasses today and the Blonde mature Eastern European lady several times completely ruins the experience for customers and damages the store’s reputation. It's sad that this is happening. I am sure that the ladies have reasons to be so mean and spiteful? Just not sure why they are stull employed in Coleshill? Maybe the store can send staff on a customer care course? customers deserve to feel respected and safe in store. Politeness costs nothing!!!! If your having a bad day suggest you don't visit this shop . Lots of our friends and family are now avoiding the shop because of mean rude and to be honnest spiteful bitter staff .

   Rude worker I have met ever. I asked one worker in Aldi Coleshill whether they provide wooden fork in the shop. It could be answered easily with yes or no but the worker answered:’ no we don’t offer that but you could use your fingers’ with strange and long lasting laughing. I could not understand why the answer makes you so happy. And it is not a joke, it is supper offensive.

   The staff are so rude ... It's like a construction site from 1900 onwards ... Staff hold onto the carrier bags like it's there wage packets... Cups of teas in aisles standards have truely gone downhill here

   Went shopping this morning and had a great visit! Everything I had on my list was avaliable and also got some other great things! Nobody was waiting at the checkout as tills were being opened when a queue was starting to form, so top marks for that! Staff were very friendly and helpful! I went to this store as it's slightly bigger than the one I normally go to and I think that it will now be my regular one!

   Better than most except checkout girl throwing our food at 200mph trying to show how fast she was so put your crisps and chocolate eggs on last or they will be crumbs when you get home

   I went here quite late. The store was almost empty. Although there wasn't a lot of staff I was most impressed that all the shelves were well stocked. Service was nice and easy at the till. Great bargains to be had. Disabled parking is available.

   Aldi is my favourite of the German twins :) . Stock always good range and nice . Always good home n wear items normally , seem to have things you are after at that time , happened so many times lol .
