    Some time I visited this store but today I got very bad experience from service staff ( old lady Tina ).she is very rude.she don’t know how to speak with customer. Totally bad lady .

    Things are incorrectly priced. Discounted items/deals dont show up at check out, have had to chase it up with a member of staff at least 3 times last month!

    Customer service counter staff were not qualified as a sale assistant, we asked for lycamobile phone 2 SIM cards but she sell us 2 top up E vouchers for Β£10 .the girl asked refund immediately at a counter. she refused to do. Force us to keep them. That was really unacceptable. The manager used some excuses to refuse as well. They forced us to buy the items we didn't ask for which broke comsumer rights

    Bad customer service. Staff and management not helpful at all. I asked for 2 Lyca-Mobile Sim Cards and got e-vouchers in return from a lady at one of the conveyers. Though, I explained to her multiple times on what I was after. After getting these vouchers, I went to the front desk with my receipt, only for them to tell me there is no way of getting a refund!! So instead of paying just Β£2, I ended up spending Β£10!

    A very poor but pricey shopping experience now. Management needs to buck its ideas up. Fruit and veg poorly set out. Fridges leaking all over floors. Extortionate prices. Large potholes on exits. Customers will start leaving in droves. I have no complaints with floor staff and cashiers. .

    Was spoken rudely too and treated in way I have never felt in a long time by the staff on flower store, I understood and was polite with my reply of i understand but they served others who didn't have orders while i waited patiently to be served....so I was confused & shocked by the way I was treated and refused I always had my flowers here so thats why im shocked by these ladies and I know they were busy bees today and appreciated that but never going here again it upset me to the point in my decision now. Never to return...

    Supermarket is just like any other. But the Cafe is amazing. The staff in there hold a wealth of knowledge and experience and certainly the warmth in making you feel very welcome. Often visit with kids. Love it.

    Shopping at Morrisons was fine, I met up with friends just before Christmas and we had food in the restaurant and shopped later. My friends and I were very annoyed and upset when we received parking tickets as we had over stayed our time. To issue customers with a fine totalling Β£100 but if you pay it within 14 days it's still Β£60 is very upsetting. We were unaware of how long customers can stay and didn't notice any signs, we paid our fines but will not be shopping at Morrisons in the near future.

    What a lovely clean supermarket. Nice wide aisles for people like me with anxiety issues. Never feels claustrophobic no matter how busy and always friendly helpful staff.

    Budget friendly shopping area...It's located roadside.. Easily notice from a normal traffic.... Quality products available here in under Budget.. Superb parking area..Card payment,cash payment , bathroom facility available...All others things are good
