   We visited this Persian restaurant for the very first time today, and it was such a wonderful experience! The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming it felt more like being invited into someone’s home, where a family cooks and serves food made with genuine love and care. We ordered the kebabs, and they were absolutely delicious. The chicken was incredibly tender and soft I’ve never had chicken breast cooked so perfectly before! The lamb kebabs were juicy, full of flavour, and beautifully cooked. We also tried the lamb shank, which was tender, rich, and came in a generous portion. The hospitality was outstanding from start to finish. We were even served a lovely tea at the end, and the owner kindly explained the refreshing ingredients used in it. We ended our meal with baklava, which was one of the best I’ve ever had not too sweet, no artificial essence, and perfectly balanced. We ended up staying for over an hour just chatting with the owner and enjoying the food and atmosphere something we don’t usually do, but it was simply that enjoyable. Everything the food, the service, and the warmth made it a truly memorable experience. Highly recommended!

   Absolutely fantastic experience at Sabalan Persian Grill & Kitchen for my birthday. The mixed grill was amazing — every piece of meat was succulent, juicy, and packed with flavour. The koobideh and chicken were especially tender, and the grilled tomatoes and peppers gave it that perfect balance. Generous portions, fresh food, and great service. One of the best halal Persian grills I’ve had in Birmingham. Highly recommended!

   Very pleasant experience this evening at Sabalan. Mix grill Platter for 4 was delicious and good portion size too. Interaction with the owners was lovely. We very well looked after and got tea and baclava on the house as well which was very well appreciated. Only constructive feedback I will give is to serve the bread fresh and piping hot.

   is a fantastic place to enjoy authentic Persian cuisine! The dishes are rich in flavour, beautifully presented, and made with fresh ingredients. From the juicy kebabs to the aromatic rice and stews, everything tasted homemade and delicious. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the owner genuinely kind, attentive, and professional. You can really feel the Persian hospitality. A perfect spot for a relaxing meal with friends or family.thanks to majid and his lovely Mother we had a blast . Highly recommended!

   I pass this road on a regular basis but never noticed a Persian restaurant but i have to say the food is delicious and tasty. Juicy kebabs and the Saffron rice. Will definitely visit next time.

   A great experience From the moment of entering until the time of leaving a truly wonderful experience. A warm welcoming by Hagi & Maj Definitely unique experience. Food cooked with love and the portions are so generous.I tried Kobideh Kebab which was amazing & juicy ,Ghormeh sabzi was slow cooked and so tasty. Highly recommend this place.
