Good service and great food, I would definitely recommend here. Personally I love how it’s in a normal building to make it sort of blend in with the many surroundings. Overall, very good.
I give Starbucks 2:stars for availability. No gluten free food. Only a flapjack or a packet of crisps. Before COVID they had a gf option for lunch. Not anymore.
Came in about 14:40 on 19/10 for some food and drink. The caffe was quite 2 girls behind the counter was chatting away don't even noted that we was in. Serving us in a very un professional way and I have a baby with me she took so long just to give me some change. Very grumpy
Had a really lovely time in store sheltered from the rain with my dog. This is our favourite spot for coffee my the park. Staff greeted us straight away. They made recommendations on my coffee order that really improved the taste of the caramel. This is my favourite Starbucks in the city!
This is my favourite spot after uni/ during lunch breaks. Premises are always kept clean, great coffee and wonderful customer service. Staff are always working hard to accommodate other people’s needs, extremely friendly, and down for a laugh, especially Ella my likkle ray of sunshine
I attend this Starbucks daily and am never let down with service. Was extremely busy today and seats were very limited. Awful to witness rude behaviour towards the staff who go above and beyond to accommodate customers. Attend for my coffee fix but also to chat to the lovely baristas like Jackie and Ella who always brighten my day. There is a lovely community feel at this Starbucks which is a huge credit to the staff. 100% would recommend.
Was charged 5p for a take away cup but no option to have a real cup as they were closing in half an hour. Everyone sat inside drinking was using a takeaway cup so this is just a stealth charge. No signs saying there would be a charge. 4 people behind the till but there was a wait to order, no customer journey or effort to upsell. All pumpkin spice and autumn special drinks were out of stock so I got a regular hot chocolate. Very obvious they wanted to close and just generally couldn't care.
Sonny took my order, and then once I scanned my Starbucks card he said I’ve got one free drink if I want, which I said yes. He then offered me another shot of coffee, caramel drizzle, and overall the best drink. I wouldn’t have done this if not for the amazing customer service at this Starbucks. Thankyou !!
Friendly Staff, Clean Cafee with nice design and traditional architecture, perfect cup of coffee. Close to Weston Park, to enjoy drinking and reading with fresh air.
The drinks are always as good as usual starbucks standard, but the place itself, i would say is slightly less so. For me, the interior is quite cold and hard, with few comfy/cosy places to sit. It is also always very busy, and so it is often quite difficult to find somewhere to sit. That said, service is fast, and i have no complaints about drinks to take away. It's only that for me, sitting in is not so comfortable.
