   I can't even believe I forgot to edit it back to five stars, I don't even know why I said the staff are bad because they're not, I couldn't show my receipt once and kicked off but it's been all good for months and the staff are nice with particularly upstanding security staff, they make me not want to shoplift what more would you want from a Tesco perspective ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

   Horrible staff at the garage there is a few alright one's, the amount of times I've heard them calling people druggies and all sorts unreal and made remarks when people walk out if there that concerned how people look an maybe are ill they should really wear a face mask and definitely working it the wrong job if there judging people, never said anything to me but it's besides the point not everyone is a druggie some people might just have a health issue but again if there that concerned wear a face mask, i won't be shopping there anymore I'll stick to co op round the corner there more friendly and welcoming

   Useless. I Need a fuel receipt and have spent over 2 hours chasing it as their store is incompetent at answering the phone. They called me back said I could get the receipt if we came into the store. We came back to the store only to be told that they cant give us the receipt due to it being a pay at pump. I have contacted Esso and every phone number online for tesco and they will not help. Highly wouldnt recommend using the garage. PS their EVRI label printing machine has been broken for almost the last year... dont think they live in the real world.

   Most of the staff are polite and friendly. Personally I think it was a mistake for them get the self service card-payment-only check ins, as hardly anyone ever uses them. Even people who pay by card, and who don't purchase any petrol, or cigs and alcohol from behind the counter. I swear people just prefer having the staff bag all their weekly shopping up for them, because they're too lazy to do it themselves. There are now less staff on the counters, because the self service machines have replaced them, so queues are now even longer during busy times.

   Very busy pump and shop. Always a wait for fuel, 5 to 15 minutes sometimes. Cash machine and basic bread,milk,bug roll...

   On my way home today I noticed I had a flat tyre and stopped here to use the air pump - unfortunately it was a puncture and the air was coming out faster than I could put it in. Along came my hero - in the form of a young man named Anthony, a security guard at this garage, who with a smile and a very cheery nature offered help and expertly changed my tyre and told me that he likes to help people when he can. What a superstar! A big thank you from a very happy customer!
