Whilst purchasing a crate of beers, the manager Arjun came over to approve the sale on the self-checkouts. After showing a valid drivers license Arjun refused service. A discriminatory and power trip move without any reason. I purchased my beers from Tescos instead - 5* review for them!

Well stocked. Parking can be difficult at peak times. Dividers at check-outs. Not so great at removing used baskets at the self check out units.
A good express store, not the best parking but not there fault. No Facilities open to public. A bakery is added to the store making it more convenient.

Only popped in for a few things after a 10hr shift!! Asked member of staff where I could find crumble mix!! She had no idea what a crumble was!! Ahhh!! Bless!! Went to check out! Poor cashier looked totally bored!! I tried to make conversation with him but not a glimmer of reaction!! Left shaking head!! Life is so sressfull! But even with a mask our eyes still smile!! Please thank your staff for all their hard work as a nursing sister l appreciate all their hard work in these amazingly difficult times
This is the second time in the past couple of months we have been to collect an Argos order from this store and have been very impressed how quickly we have received our parcel. Very friendly and attentive staff.
Really friendly and very hard working staff always alert to their customers and they recognise and enjoy chat with them too . They are always are busy stoking shelves and making it a pleasure to go into Neat clean and tidy always. A personal example is that I had not picked up just a £10 cash back at a time I could not afford it. I had to ask and with only 15 mins to go to closing approaching 11pm these young people,investigated and proved a mistake had been made and refunded. That was genuine and went the extra mile. Well done Sainsb this store is a jewel in your crown.ps I am not a share holder or a director of Sainsburys
