   I visited the post office to tax my car . i did not realise that my car mot valid for the same day as the due tax date . so it was my fault about forgetting the mot expiration . but that has nothing to do with the staff that was questioning me why when i own a car i forget to mot my car . he even told me that is about the organisation so i said to him you are judging me now he said that ignored to get mot . but HIS JOB IS ONLY TO TELL ME THAT HE CAN'T PROVIDE THE TAX SERVICE AND NOT JUDGING ME FOR THE REASON HE HAD IN HIS HEAD .BUT I SAW OTHER COMPLAINT ABOUT THE POST OFFICE STAFF SO OBVIOUSLY THE MANAGER OF THIS TESCO DON'T REALLY CARE AND I DON'T THINK EVEN THE MAIN COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT REALLY BOTHER . BECAUSE THEY KEEP TREATING CUSTOMERS WITH Arrogance AND THEY ARE RUDE . BOTH OF THEM . I WAS TALKING AND LISTENING TO ONE AND OTHER ONE START MAKING NOISE . LOOK BOTH OF YOU SORT YOUR OWN PROBLEMS AND THEN START SPEECHING AND TELLING OTHERS WHAT THEY HAVE TO DO .

   Depends on what staff is on to what type of service I receive. Sometimes they're great, other times I'm left standing around waiting to be served. I find the morning staff are particularly bad for making me wait.

   Terrible customer service! ATM was broken and wasn’t even informed with a sign telling me that’s it is out of order. Was then told it was not their responsibility that my card was swallowed and not given back, also didn’t receive the money I wanted. In my eyes it is outside their shop and if customers are going to the ATM then they should be more helpful and take more of responsibility.

   Rude staff. Instead of standing in the window shaking your head why dont you apply abit of customer service and put up a sign somewhere to explain why for the umpteenth time the whole forecourt is closed just to change prices on fuel. Why cant you lot use your brains and put up a notice for fuel but at least let shoppers get their groceries. Will be limiting my visits here.

   Staff very nice and friendly they are cheaper than Sainsbury's local the post office is a bonus and I wouldn't pay Sainsbury's prices anyway as there fresh meat is awful and there's not much choice in fresh vegetables
