I was paying at the till when a staff member that looked like a manager ran past me pushed me out of the way to get to a theif had ni apology absolutely disgusting
There was a manager that was talking to his colleagues on his head set , he was speaking that loudly the whole isle could hear him!! He was very rude shouting down his headset ' I see everyone benefits have landed can someone get on the other till' . What a way to talk about customers that are around him!!! Bearing in mind I'm a hard working person with 50+ hours a week along with many other customers that was around myself and the area !! When we then turned a corner he was there again leaning against a shelf whilst his colleague works hard! There was staff slagging off and ALOT of swearing coming from his vile mouth!! I was appalled as I shopped with my little one. ( this home bargins manager was wearing a red shirt , clear very camp and very loud talking) Home bargains you need to sort out your staff .

Came in here on Tuesday 27th May '25 and was served by a very ill-mannered woman named Karen L at 13:01. Not at any point during the time she served me did she look at me, acknowledge my existence, or say hello. Are we expected to pay extra for manners? At the end of the transaction, she asked for the amount and then did say "please" but again, didn't bother to look at me or say thanks. Nothing. Not good enough. Karen was utterly pre-occupied with what her colleagues were doing. I would like to say that the staff here are generally very helpful and polite here. Karen is an exception.
Called in today & had a question about the flapjacks (they're georgeous!) Spoke to assistant Cameron who was Customer Service @ it's VERY best. So friendly (not sure if it's just because he loves his job!) really pleasant & helpful. Def worthy of 5* !

Always somthing to purchase, love the new floor design. New chilled areas. Nice and air conditioning for those hot days. Shelves are stocked and very presentable. Good customer service. Toilets are open and available but do need alittle bit more cleaning and stocked with loo role.
