   It is just a 3-minute walk when you walk out from the Altrincham Metron Station. Don't walk through the station to the Altrincham Interchange but when getting off from the tram, you turn left toward an inclined passage to the street ground of the Curzon Road. This restaurant is the first shop just turning the corner. The Fusion Plate is a family- run restaurant by a Chinese lady from Guangxi. This restaurant has choices of Fusion cuisines of Vietnam food and traditional Chinese ones. I sat in and ordered the Vetname rice rolls, deep - fried dumplings, soup dumpling and BBQ pork rice noodle rolls that it is worth to have bites. Foods were on generous portion to fill yourselves but we only paid for £20. Even the dining hall is not spacious, it has ground and underground floors dining halls which it can occupy almost 20 guests. This restaurant is a good one for families as the underground dining hall provide numbers of games to let the children to kill their time when their parent are chating.

   The first time eating there, loved it, crispy chicken skins were so good. Both soups my wife and i got was excellent and both tea's were good. Would highly recommend to anyone to go and try it. Definitely going back

   It's a place with Asian grocery, food and bubble tea. The customer service was good and the food served quite quickly. I liked the noodles but the bubble tea lacked a little bit of tea taste. The pearls did stick together despite drinking on the spot. Though worth a try if you are around.

   Small family run Chinese supermarket just next to Sainsbury's with a little dining area. They sell a decent range of sauces for Chinese cooking and a few Chinese vegetables. They also serve boba tea. Tried the beef brisket soup noodles which was tasty and came with a cup of green tea. Fairly good value
