   Manager spends all his time outside vaping instead of helping customers, when I asked why the coffee machine was our of order I was told the manager will fix it when he finishes vaping again, 20 mins I waited then went back 1 hour later manager vaping again and machine still not fixed, bad customer service

   extremely rude security staff. will not go back to this store. i bought a crate of beer and when I left a security guard followed me out and said my purchase hadn’t been approved. I told him it had and showed my ID. Another security guard then came out and accused me of not paying and made me go back inside (they wouldn’t let my boyfriend come in with me) and tried to get me to repay even though I showed them my bank statement showing I had purchased it. They took me to a broken till and said I had broken it (it wasn’t the till I had paid on). No staff were involved until a lad came over and told them I wasn’t on that till and I could go.

   Handy Tesco for popping into when in town for sandwiches, drink etc. If you are looking for a great selection of food, veg, drinks and household products this is the place to come. Spacious and bright with friendly staff always willing to assist. Prices aren't too bad either!
