I went to this shop and found it was perfect for my needs. I just can’t fault it. Although the manageress seemed more interested in flirting with a male customer.

Staff wouldn't accept my Tu clothing return because i didnt originally collect it from this store. They refused to adhere the returns policy shown on their own website which says that this is fine, or bother actually trying - even though i have successfully returned a parcel that i collected elsewhere at this branch previously! Manager literally just said no and the woman serving was then really passive aggressive - she wanted a fight. I would have understood if the system was down, or there was another valid reason, but they didn't offer one. Very unhelpful, and its not like the shop was busy. I'm literally 9 months pregnant and will making another trip out in the snow to return the clothes elsewhere, now. Shop itself is a convenient location.
I had the pleasure of visiting the Fulford Road store where member of staff Amber was most helpful and polite, nothing was too much trouble as she helped me to locate an item that I was looking for. A pity the same can not be said about the blonde haired female manager, (Lauren?), who seemed more interested in flirting with a male customer than actual customer care and helping people. Overall a positive shopping experience spoilt by the actual person in charge. Nice clean store. Well set out.

Had offer 2 pizzas and ice cream for £5, member of staff informed us no ice cream. Said that was fine and would take the 2 pizzas for £5 but we were told had to pay full price for pizzas £6.50, couldn't believe it, absolutely crazy. Needless to say we didn't but them!!
Absolute solid 10/10 from me, lemons are very snazzy. Couldn’t complain about anything when the lemons were only 30p, very yellow and very lemony, five stars from me! Good jobs guys!
Shop is shut half the time you actually want to go in. Never known a shop be shut so much during normal open hours. Painful
Definitely on the dear side but handy for those bits and pieces. Staff are really friendly. The one thing I hate, and this goes for all of their local stores, is the oppressive presence of security. I do sometimes just feel like leaving. It’s certainly not as oppressive feeling or as apparent in their larger stores, where I am sure shoppers are watched as a matter of course but it’s not as in your face.
