Severely understaffed—only two staff working on check outs on Christmas Eve. I honestly felt sorry for the Scouse girl; every time I come into the store she’s rushing around on her own. That really isn’t on.
My experience at Asda was honestly awful. The staff were shockingly rude — completely uninterested in helping and acting as if basic customer service was too much effort. When I asked about the meal deal, they didn’t even bother to offer a replacement drink or provide any support. The attitude was dismissive, unprofessional, and totally unacceptable. Asda desperately needs to retrain their staff because the level of service I received was disgraceful. I shouldn’t walk out of a store feeling frustrated and disrespected, yet that’s exactly what happened. Absolute let-down. Unfortunately I didn’t get chance to see her name badge or else I would of mentioned the colleague by name won’t be coming again to say the least

Staff that lazy they clearly showed anger at having to put milk in coffee machine. Sort ya heads out..... update .....now ya cant even get a brew without paying by card what a joke this store is
Omg the staff were good what staff was on but shame on Asda expecting them to cope with the parcel delivery and returns all the eats orders mainly for people who can't get off their backsides it's Asda that's at fault not the staff
Visited recently with my partner who uses a walking stick. Very helpful at the self check out and member of staff offered to push trolley to disabled parking spot Service with a smile
I've been going here since it opened and never had a problem. It's a convenience shop with no parking issues. Always get what I need and the staffing has improved if you have read any of the previous reviews. To me it's the corner shop.
My 9 months pregnant daughter went into the store today and asked if they could change coins for a £1 to use the trolley and was refused. Absolutely disgusting attitude and what kind of customer service is that for someone who is clearly unable to carry a basket.
Staff are improving, some of them actually take the time to engage in conversation now but others are still waiting for a visit from the customer service fairy. My visit today wasn’t ruined by the staff, or the exorbitant prices, it was spoiled by a pair of blokes in cheap suits begging for Great Ormand Street Hospital, that’s not even local. Shame to be honest because the staff are generally on the up. Management need to do more.
staffs are totally rude and unwelcoming, they make it look like you want to steal 10p bags when you have a shopping of almost £60, the young lady totally rude and the staffs are always hangging aroung eachother chatting. And when you ask them where a certain thing is its like you have put some pepper in their eye. That is why i go to the asada in leigh or tesco in atherton.
