A great shop sells a good range of fresh and packaged foods etc. very useful post office, friendly helpful staff.
Very local and can get most groceries and staff very helpful.
The night staff are incompetent and rude. The woman behind the checkout let me pack my bag myself. It was awkward because she just stood there watching and didn't lift a finger to help. No people skills whatsoever or common courtesy
I gave it 2 stars instead on 1 because there are a few nice staff there. I use this Co-op about twice a month, but mostly try to avoid it. So many staff here are so discourteous. If I'm in the store I try and avoid asking any questions, I got snapped at once for asking a question and another time from another staff member, the glare I received for asking a question was tangible. The negativity I receive from many of the staff is unwarranted, I'm just shopping, not holding the place up. I try to stay positive even when they are being rude and so far I have kept calm and not reacted to anything. Not worth me reacting, I simply want to get a few things and get out of there without my day being spoilt. Oh and I do notice many of them keeping the discount coupons at checkout which they should be giving to the customer. I never ask for it when they do that, again I'm not looking for confrontation.
Always a great little store. Most convenience foods sold here. Staff are friendly and always helpful
I've been twice recently around 9pm, the shop was closed yet the website says it closes at 10pm every day, if it's closing early due to Covid, then please update your website accordingly.
Considering it is the only convenience store around the area by foot, it should have more variety of products, and one self checkout at least since it is not always busy but when it is the queue can build up fast. Staff are very polite and helpful but there is only so much they can do to make this store good given the provided inputs.
